The reception desk will be manned 24/7 throughout the holiday period . The office will not be open 24-28 December inclusive, and any urgent queries or concerns should be addressed to the member of staff on duty for action.

Please ensure that the staff have current contact details if you are planning to be away during the holiday in the event we need to contact you in an emergency. Keys should be left at reception as usual.

Residents are reminded to ensure that properties are properly secured when leaving, and that all patio doors and windows are locked.

There will be a number of guests and visitors over the period, many of whom will not be known to us. Please ask your guests to bear with us if they are asked to identify themselves on arrival, this is after all for your own benefit and security. If you are expecting guests, please contact the staff in advance if possible as this will help prevent delays.
